General Product Questions

1. Do you accept custom jacket requests?
   I'm working on offering this service very soon! Still working through the details, but please feel free to reach out or follow on Instagram @saint_velvet for updates.
   
   
2. Can I request a specific color or size outside your current offerings?
   Each garment is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated. I can, however, reccreate a design in a similar "theme" or color scheme.
   
   
3.  Clothing aftercare: 
   Leather garments: Spot clean with water. Please hang items in closet with care, and be mindful that certain hangers can leave indentations in the leather. 
   Non-leather garments: Gentle handwash only. Mild detergent okay. Lay flat to dry. Please remember these are handcrafted garments, and machine washing can cause damage and significantly shorten the lifespan of the product. DO NOT machine dry I suggest spot cleaning whenever possible.
   
   
4.  Can I return/refund my order?
   Returns for ready-made items are accepted in NEW and UNWORN condition within 14 days of arrival. Returns for custom made-to-order items are non-refundable.
   
   
5. What if my jacket arrives damaged or defective?
   Please email or DM immediately if there are issues with your order, and we will work through a solution. 
   

Shipping & Processing

1. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
   Orders will be shipped in 2-3 days.

2. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes, we ship worldwide. 

3. How much does shipping cost?
   Shipping costs are calculated at check out. If you need prioritized shipping that is not listed, please feel free to contact me. 

4. Where are you located?
   All items are made and shipped from my studio in Southern California.
